Speaker Allison Wallach
Allison Wallach is Head of Unscripted Programming for FOX Entertainment Studios (FES). In her Los Angeles-based role, she leads all creative and production for FOX Entertainment Studios’ full scope of unscripted content and studio entities, including the Gordon Ramsay partnership Studio Ramsay Global and Harvey Levin’s entertainment studio TMZ.
Among the series produced under Wallach are, to name a few, the singing competitions The Masked Singer and I Can See Your Voice; the competition series Next Level Chef, its first franchise extension Next Level Baker for Holiday 2025 and Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars, as well as Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service and Kitchen Nightmares; Crime Scene Kitchen with Fly on the Wall Entertainment; and music game show Name That Tune. She also oversees a growing number of global formats created, owned and produced by FES under its International Unscripted Format Fund that identifies intellectual property for the international market, such as the celebrity competition Beat My Mini-Mes (TF1/France), dating series Marriage Market (ProSieben/Germany); and celebrity performance competition Celebrity Masterpiece (Workpoint/Thailand), among others.
Wallach also oversees series from Studio Ramsay Global for the streaming industry’s top platforms, such as Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted and the newly launched No Taste Like Home on Disney+; Chasing Stars, which debuts on Apple+ in fall 2025; and Being Gordon Ramsay, coming to Netflix in early 2026.
Prior to expanding her purview with this current role, Wallach was President, Unscripted Programming for FOX Entertainment. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing FOX Television Network’s unscripted programming, specials and alternative development slate.
Under Wallach’s watch, FOX has successfully launched television’s #1 new unscripted program among Adults 18-49 for four consecutive seasons with The Floor, hosted by Rob Lowe (2023-24); the celebrity social experiment Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test (2022-23), Next Level Chef (2021-22) and I Can See Your Voice (2020-21). Next Level Chef’s Season Two post-Super Bowl LVII premiere delivered 16.7 million Total Viewers, making it the most-watched cooking series telecast in television history, while Crime Scene Kitchen was Summer 2021’s #1 new series. Other FOX programs Wallach was responsible for included MasterChef, MasterChef Junior, Hell’s Kitchen, LEGO Masters and the dating series Farmer Wants a Wife.
Wallach joined FOX Entertainment in February 2020 as Executive Vice President, Head of FOX Alternative Entertainment (FAE). Shortly after joining the company, during the early days of the pandemic, she led FAE while it produced After the Mask to air alongside The Masked Singer, and FOX’s New Year's Eve Toast & Roast 2021, which was hosted by Ken Jeong and Joel McHale. In addition, FAE produced the dating competition Love Trip: Paris for Disney-owned Freeform in the US.
Prior to joining FOX Entertainment, Wallach was President of Jupiter Entertainment, which she joined in 2015 to lead its content portfolio expansion into new genres and distribution platforms. From 2010 to 2015, she was an agent in United Talent Agency’s alternative television department, where she helped grow the agency’s international and cable television business. Previously, Wallach was Senior Vice President, Programming, at BBC Worldwide Productions from 2008 to 2010. Prior to BBC, Wallach was Vice President, Programming, at Lifetime Television.
