Anaïs Baker is a seasoned television executive specializing in global format development and adaptation. In her current role as Head of International Formats at Amazon MGM Studios, she leads the development and localization of major global franchises, including the hit series LOL: Last One Laughing, which has been produced in over 20 territories, Wild & Free (successful across multiple seasons in Brazil and Mexico), and Luxe Listings (Australia and Canada).

As a lead creative executive, Baker drives international unscripted projects, including LOL: Last One Laughing adaptations in French-Speaking Canada, South Africa, and Poland, as well as original IP such as Ebuka Turns Up Africa in Nigeria. She plays a crucial role in identifying and developing Amazon-owned IP formats with global potential, working closely with territories worldwide to build a robust content pipeline.

Prior to Amazon MGM Studios, Baker held key positions at BBC Worldwide, where she served as commissioner for local originals on global channels, particularly BBC Lifestyle and BBC Brit. Her portfolio included successful shows like First Dates South Africa, Come Dine With Me South Africa, and Dinner Dates South Africa. She also served as an Executive Producer, where she collaborated with production companies to identify and develop formats with global appeal.

Baker's career also includes a significant tenure at NBCUniversal International Studios, where she managed worldwide format adaptations, including over 22 versions of Hollywood Game Night, Top Chef (Poland, Spain, Sweden), Real Housewives (Johannesburg & Budapest), Still Standing (Thailand & Vietnam), and How Do I Look (Mexico & South Africa). Her expertise extended to establishing global production hubs and securing international co-development deals across Korea, Ireland, and Canada.
