Speaker Jodi Mackie
As Senior Director of Content Sales & Co-Productions, Canada, Jodi Mackie oversees the distribution of Scripted and Unscripted catalog and front-list content to linear, digital, and emerging platforms while identifying co-production and partnership opportunities within the Canadian market. She also leads efforts for BBC Studios' Kids & Family sales and co-productions in Canada.
Since joining BBC Studios in 2018, Jodi has driven the licensing and distribution of premium BBC content, including renowned Dramas and Comedies such as The Office, Father Brown, and Call the Midwife into the Canadian market. She also played a key role in expanding the reach of major Kids & Family titles like Hey Duggee and Jojo and Gran Gran to partners across Canada.
With over 18 years of experience in global distribution and content sales, Jodi’s career spans roles at Breakthrough Entertainment and Distribution 360, the distribution arm of Marble Media, where she developed deep expertise across multiple genres and formats.
Jodi is based in Toronto, Canada.
