Eagle Vision

A producer and business affairs professional in Winnipeg, Canada, Hannah Johnson has
produced a varied slate of film, television, and web content over 11 years. She has a proven
track record of producing content that makes an impact, grounded by her degree in
psychology and gender studies, focusing on intersectional social issues. She has a
background in production management and business affairs, working on scripted and
factual content.
Hannah started her career as a production manager with credits on Indigenous Music
Awards on APTN; production manager and producer for APTN/CBC documentary series
Taken about MMIWGMB2S; associate producer on four seasons of CBC’s scripted dramatic
series Burden of Truth; line producer on three seasons of APTN documentary series 7TH GEN,
production manager and co-producer for Madison Thomas’ feature films Ruthless Souls and
for Finality of Dusk; producer for Darcy Waite's comedy web series DJ Burnt Bannock for
APTN LUMI; the Virtual Opening for the Winnipeg Art Gallery’s Inuit Art Centre Qaumajuq,
supervising producer for the short film Starbound, and producer for the short films
Testament, Ghosts of Lakeland, and After School, along with producing multiple TIFF award
winner Deco Dawson’s first feature film Diaspora. Most recently she was Co-Executive
Producer on the feature comedy Deaner ’89 released theatrically in 2024, and is currently
working as a producer on the fifth season of Taken. She is currently attached as a producer
to several projects in development.

Hannah is also Head of Business Affairs at Eagle Vision, facilitating all business affairs and tax
credits for projects in development, production, and post-production for the last 11 years. She
is always seeking more experience and solidifying existing skills by attending annual markets
such as CMPA Primetime, she attended the CMPA’s Emerging Producer Delegation to
Berlinale in 2020, was accepted into CBC Business of Broadcasting Mentorship in 2020, and
completed the NSI Series Incubator 2021 and TIFF Series Accelerator in 2022 as producer with
writer Jessica Landry for their project Ghosts of Lakeland. In 2024 she successfully completed
the Osgoode Hall Law School’s Certificate in Entertainment Law program. In February 2025
Hannah created an Introduction to Business Affairs and an Introduction to Funding
educational seminar for On Screen Manitoba, teaching emerging producers foundational
aspects of business affairs.
Hannah is currently serving the 1 st year of her 1 st term as a Board Member for On Screen
Manitoba and she is also Co-Chair of the Producer committee.
Across all genres and platforms, Hannah is grateful to have contributed to incredible content
with many wonderful talents.
