Larry Bass has built Shinawil into the production powerhouse behind some of the biggest smash hit TV shows in Ireland, since 1999. Now having added scripted drama to the Shinawil production output, with shows in development with international co-producers. Notable projects include, Miss Scarlet & The Duke (A&E, PBS), The Catch (Channel 5), Clean Sweep (RTE & Sundance Now), Maryland (ITV), Doll Factory (Paramount +), The Faceless Lady , a VR genre series (Meta) Mayflower Witches (AMC).
Feature Film The Miracle Club premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Last September 2024 a new original crime drama was released, Boderline for ZDF Germany/Roku USA. The forthcoming co-production with Sepia Films Canada, feature film The Lightkeeper, starring Dominick Cooper, Sarah Gadon, Sarah Bolger and Aidan Quinn due later in ’25.
Other past shows include: Dancing With The Stars, The Voice of Ireland, The Apprentice, Dragons’ Den, MasterChef Ireland, Popstars and Home of the Year.
