Speaker Dani Kind
Dani Kind is an award-winning actress and director known for her roles in the Emmy-nominated Workin’ Moms (CBC/Netflix), fan-favorite Wynonna Earp (Syfy/Tubi), Fox’s Accused, and Tubi’s Z-Suite. A three-time Canadian Screen Award nominee, she also directed an episode of Workin’ Moms while starring in it. Her short film Capsule, a dark comedy set in space, quickly gained a devoted following. With a deep commitment to craft and collaboration, Kind brings emotional depth to her work, shaped in part by her nine-year career as a support worker for individuals with special needs. She continues to tell powerful stories that illuminate the human experience.
